Ground metal detectors "Metascan" also have a line that works for safety. In 2019, at the request of FSB representatives, Alexei Fominykh developed a metal detector that detects objects weighing from 0.15 g in the ground up to 7 cm deep. The devices were included in the arsenal of the National Guard and the International Mine Action Center of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. These metal detectors are compact, waterproof (down to 30 m), easy to set up and use. Now in places where hostilities took place, Metascan metal detectors are used to detect mines such as MON, Claymore and others, as well as stretch wires.
